At The Learning Lounge, agriculture is more than a class—it’s a way of life that connects students to the land, to their community, and to the food that sustains us. Our agriculture program blends hands-on learning with real-world experiences, giving students the opportunity to plant, grow, harvest, and care for living systems right on campus. From raised garden beds and greenhouse projects to animal care, soil science, and farm-to-table lessons, students develop responsibility, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for nature. Agriculture at The Learning Lounge inspires young learners to become problem-solvers, environmental stewards, and creative thinkers who understand the importance of sustainability, healthy living, and community resilience.
